I work for a job that requires a paper-trail for every transaction. I looked long and hard for a return receipt and couldn't find it anywhere! I needed to get that re-print and fast... The folks at this H&M searched for my particular return receipt for close to 45 minutes until we finally found the correct transaction. It was something they definitely could have told me they couldn't do and I can't tell you how much I appreciate that time they took to help me out. They are so nice and helpful at this location, I will return over and over. Thank you again to the nice manager guy that helped me through almost a full on meltdown in the store, I REALLY appreciate your help. Cheers!

The store was clean and the staff was very helpful. However due to the covert situation they did not have their changing rooms available. I am so glad that I was able to visit this location and just grab a shirt for the day. The prices are very reasonable and next time when I was in New Orleans I’m a just swing by and shop at this location and not to worry about packing my luggage.

This place is very nice!! It's very neat here they keep it up nice. I didn't realize the clothes here were that cheap either, I thought they were more expensive. They are priced reasonably and they have many sales. It was huge too like they had so much jewelry, and 2 whole floors. The only complaint is that the line was a little long, but patience is a virtue 🙏 For sure recommend shopping here. They have so many cute clothes for the summer 🛍☀️

American Airlines lost my carryon and I had no spare clothes. A short walk from the Marriott for 3 pack of cotton underwear for under $12 plus their clothes mittens to recycling lets me leave this satisfied review.

Great customer service, and it was near closing time on a Sunday!! The storefront may not have all the items you see online....use caution, but they are willing to assist you with placing your online order. There is no courtesy store parking area. They are located on a busy popular street near the river (great walk wonderful view). THIS H&M LOCATION IS GOOD FOR PEOPLE WATCHING and a Gwet ole New Orleans experience. . You will have to pay to park. Parking lot less than a block away in a square radius also parking meters (Beware those ticket writers they out cha chile and they tow). There are plenty of eateries in walking distance. THE CANAL PLACE IS ALSO WALKING DISTANCE for high-end /designer shops like Louis Vuitton, Tiffany's Saks..MCM/ Tory B & Bally all in the same building as the Passport office. Grab a movie!! Sir (MASCULINITY)🌈 if you're waiting on your Lady (FEMININE)..🌈..French Quarters NOLA BAYBEeeEe.....Please don't 4get da B .....((Nicky Da B🌈))

Surprisingly big H&M in New Orleans! I love how they design the interior to match the vibes of French Quarter. Great selections and pretty close to everything.
